About the Author
Hi! My name is Tan, a career corporate attorney (totally type A!). I stumbled across the path to wellbeing and happiness late in life (deep into type B and working toward typeless in this lifetime!). Grateful for the discovery, I wanted to share what I learned with others. I applied to Upenn’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology Program to solidify the teachings and found that my true passion in life is forging along the path of unconditional wellbeing! During my studies, I learned about character strengths and how they can help us live our best lives. Like our physical muscles, we can exercise our character muscles and strengthen them! By embracing, developing and embodying the virtues of character strengths, we can build a strong foundation for happiness and continual growth.
